In conjunction with the Auckland Steampunks community the BattleCry 2012 Convention is holding the first BattleCry Mad Victorian Hatters Tea Party and Picnic on Sunday 19th February.
Theme is Victorian, Steampunk and Hats so feel free to come along dressed up in costume.
Bring your own picnic lunch and blanket and join us for a picnic.
There will be a Kite Flying competition so make a kite and bring it along for a fly.
At noon the Alfs Imperial Army will be battling it out with the Kaos rabble for ownership of the field.
In the afternoon there will be loads of games to take part in including Croquet, Petanque and things like an Egg and Spoon race or a Tug of War as we will have loads of games happening on the back field area of Selwyn College.
At the end of the games there will be a costume parade and prizes will be awards.
Free entry so bring along your family for a fun day.
