Battlecry Inc was formed in 2011 following the growth of BattleCry throught The AMERICA Club since the 1990's from a university event into a national tournament.
The formation of BattleCry Inc was made in New Zealand with this constitution.
The first AGM was held at BattleCry 2012, with minutes made availible openly.
